Neuronal ceroid lipofuscinosis
Neuronal ceroid lipofuscinoses (CLNs) are a group of neurodegenerative disorders characterized by seizures, vision loss, and dementia (see links to subtypes below). They are associated with the accumulation of lipofuscin storage materials within cells, often in late endosome/lysosomal compartments.
