The Bloomington Duplication Project is generating Dp(1;Y) chromosomes for all regions of the X chromosome. New stocks are placed in public distribution as they are generated and characterized. Reference:Cook et al. (2010)
In addition to the duplicated segment shown below, all Dp(1;Y) chromosomes carry X:1Lt;387562 (1Lt;1B5). Some may also carry genes from the base of the X chromosome. See Duplication Project overview for more information on the structure on the Dp(1;Y) chromosomes.
