These stocks carry individual chromosomes extracted from isofemale lines established from a Malawi population of D. melanogaster. Each stock carries one or two isogenized Malawi chromosomes in a background derived from assorted lab stocks. The isogenized Malawi chromosomes have been sequenced by the Drosophila Population Genomics Project.
