 Conditions for DHL Shipping Option
  1. DHL service is offered to international customers only.
  2. DHL shipments are processed every two weeks. Orders received on BUNs that have signed up for DHL shipping are accumulated until the next scheduled DHL shipment.
  3. This service is offered to users of the Stock Center whose accounts are in good standing. If your payment history reflects otherwise (or you have no payment history with us), we will require a retainer for stocks and shipping.
  4. We expect Stock Center users to pay their fees. If you choose DHL shipping, do not expect a fee waiver for your stocks.
  5. Each account must use DHL or the US Postal Service exclusively, either throughout the year or seasonally.
  6. DOA stocks should occur at a much lower frequency; therefore, each DOA order from DHL shipments will be examined on a case-by-case basis.
US Postal Service shipping is the default for all accounts. The account holder must authorize use of DHL for a given account. Contact us to change your account's shipping method to DHL.
