The recipe
 
Water (distilled)   to make 1 liter
Agar* 15 grams
Sucrose 50 grams
Brewer's Yeast 100 grams
Propionic acid 3 milliliters

p-Hydroxy-benzoic acid methyl ester

3 grams
*adjust agar concentration according to the gel strength of your agar
