Due to increases in shipping issues using the postal system and logistical issues using some Ground and 2nd Day Air courier options, as of October 2, 2024, all BDSC customers (both inside and outside the USA) must use either domestic courier overnight or international courier options to be eligible for free (no stock or handling fee) replacement of stocks that do not survive shipping (also known as DOAs).

All domestic customers should have both UPS and FedEx overnight options to choose from during checkout. If you are an international customer with no courier option listed and you wish to add one, please look at our courier options by country table and then contact us prior to placing your order.
