The BDSC's shipping schedule for the end of 2025 is detailed below (for Thanksgiving holiday-related changes, click here). Ordering deadlines for receiving stocks in 2025 depend on your account type and your shipment method (you can see your account type by logging in and clicking on "ACCOUNT" in the top right menu).

If your organization closes in December, take postal and international courier transit times for your location into account when timing your request and your payment.

To help reduce stock loss during cold weather, we recommend you use a courier if they are available for your country. To add courier option(s) to your account, contact Kim Cook BEFORE placing any orders for winter shipments.

The tables below show ordering and payment deadlines for December shipment dates. Note there is a deadline for international shipments in November and remember that DOAs are allowed only with domestic overnight courier and international courier services (see our Replacement policy).

• First shipment date of 2026 will be Monday, January 5
  • Ordering for 2026 opens Friday, December 26, 2025, at which time new 2026 pricing will be in effect.
  • Our normal schedule will resume on Thursday January 1 with the first shipment packed on Monday January 5, 2026.
